RIBS

RIBS

So this recipe/instructions is my favorite! Every single person who has tried these ribs loves them. When I tell them how easy it is they literally can not believe it until they try it for themselves. You’ll be amazed at how tender these turn out without boiling them! See video below for visual instructions.

Instructions

PREP: First I pull out my tin foil. You can use grilling tin foil that is wider or fold over two pieces to make it wider. Drizzle olive oil on the foil. After rinsing the ribs place them centered on the foil over the olive oil. Sprinkle ribs with some salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the ribs. Bring tin foil edges together above ribs and fold over. Fold over sides to create a sealed foil packet.

GRILLING: Heat grill to 325 degrees C using every other burner. Place ribs on grill between lit burners. Cook on 325 C for 2.5 hours leaving foil packets sealed up and grill lid closed. After 2.5 hours open packets, add BBQ sauce, leave packets open but close grill lid and cook for an additional 30 minutes still at 325. That’s it! Seriously they are ready to eat!
