Hey! Welcome to Top 8 Free and Tasty! I love someone with food allergies and sensitivities and if your here you probably do too! Whether its a child, spouse, friend, or your self, it is easy to show compassion with tailored and still tasty food! I created Top 8 Free and Tasty out of inspiration from my son who was diagnosed with EoE. His exact reaction when I told him we would have to change our recipes and the way we eat to ensure his health was, "that's ok, we make everything taste better anyways!" He's so right! Its as simple as learning a different cooking technique than we are used to. With a few recipes and ideas you will eventually be on a roll without the hiccups!
