Melt chocolate in glass bowl in the microwave. You will need to keep it tempered or temper it. To keep chocolate tempered (it is already temper when bought) do not let chocolate get above 100 degrees. Melt on 50% in microwave stirring every 30 seconds. If chocolate get above that temp simply add in more chocolate chip to cool it unit it is around 90 degrees and this will bring back the temper, making it hard at room temp instead of soft.
