Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Mini Peppers
  • 1 Pint Cherry or Sun Tomatoes
  • 2 English Cucumbers
  • 1/2-1 Cup Garlic Expressions Dressing Add dressing to taste.
  • 2 Medium Avocados

Instructions

  • Chop Peppers, Cucumbers, and Cherry Tomatoes to bite size pieces. Mix them together with garlic expressions dressing. Add chopped avocado last to avoid breaking it down when mixing. Serve right away or chill before serving.
